## Why the past does not interest me

The past has shaped me, I have learned lessons from it. I have lived good and many less good experiences, but each one made me grow. Today, I have moved on. I want to advance, detached, solid, and enterprising.

## The future

The future is unknown to me. Yes, I can dream, but I have no certainties. So I do not want to get lost in it. Only grounded dreams carry desire and creation, and that is enough.

## The present

The present is not imagined, it is lived. It is made of steps, bridges, and moments.

## My advice Avoid overthinking. The mind must learn to be silent. If you feel you are looping, simply tell it: be quiet.
